AWS Made Easy (Free YouTube Course)
I have been deploying my projects on AWS since 2015. It’s 2023 now and I feel the learning materials out there are still not beginner’s friendly.
Therefore, I am creating this course on this TechBhaukaal Channel.
Who is this course for?
Anyone can take this course but it’s ideal for developers coming from Nodejs background and looking for a place to deploy their code.
What do we need to know before starting this course?
- Little bit of full stack development with Nodejs.
Net Ninja’s crash course on Nodejs is pretty good if wanna catch up. - Knowledge of Linux concepts.
Beau Carnes from freeCodeCamp.org dropped an amazing course on Linux for beginners recently.
What will we cover in this course?
AWS has hundreds of services, but a lot can be done with just plain old EC2 and S3 buckets.
We can always optimise our Cloud solutions in terms of cost and complexity, but the goal in this course will be to keep it basic. And, in order to keep this course beginner’s friendly, I ll be skipping a ton of theory which is good to know but better absorbed at later stages after our practical sessions.
For EC2
We ll setup a website hosting and run cool scripts on EC2 which is nothing but another computer controlled via command line.
For S3
S3 Buckets, which is your own cloud storage will be used to do some cool stuffs too.
